4 Men (2 tenors, 1 baritone, 1 bass)
(Some companies have used 6 or 8)
If possible, have two tenors w/falsetto – you want that great Beach Boys sound for California!

SET/PROPS:
Requires a large car-style radio dial, optimal if it lights up and tracks the stations as you move down the highway.
All locales can be accomplished with pieces: a fence, a hay bale, stools, gas pumps, etc. that the guys bring on and off.

COSTUMES:
As many or as few as you find necessary.
Mostly add-on pieces, hat changes, and of course boots for clogging!
